We use a courier service for the delivery of your order. For small parcels or items we use the service of Royal Mail first class post. We work in partnership with Fastway Couriers and take great care to ensure a safe delivery and excellent personal service.
Orders placed Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays will be dispatched during business hours 9am – 5pm.
When you place your order with SanitarySafe, you can choose to have all your items delivered to one address, or send them to multiple address’s. Simply advise of your preferred option with all relevant address and contact details.
We aim to dispatch orders for stock items within 3 – 5 working days. Once dispatched you should receive your delivery the next working day. Smaller items / products will be dispatched by the Royal Mail first class service.
Yes you will be required to sign on delivery. This ensures a safe delivery and handover of your order.
Throughout the UK mainland and abroad. For orders outside of the UK please contact us for the relevant delivery charge.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the size and volumetric weight once your order is packaged for delivery.
For all export deliveries a non-UK delivery charge will apply in accordance with the relevant export charges from Fastway Couriers. We can inform you of an approximate delivery charge before your order is processed if required.
All orders are subject to Vat at the appropriate rate and will be charged accordingly on your invoice.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have already been dispatched. If you would like to cancel your order please return the goods in a saleable condition for a full refund within 7 working days.
If your goods are damaged on delivery, please sign for them as ‘damaged’ in order for us to claim on the courier and issue you with a refund or exchange. Damages not noted on delivery must be reported within 24hrs of receipt.
We at SanitarySafe endeavor to provide a first-class customer service, offering professional and client-friendly care. Our Customer Operations team will handle all approval of return requests, refunds, arrangement of collections (where applicable) and resolution of any payment or delivery disputes.
Yes, if you choose to return or cancel your order within 7 working days. You will be required to ensure the goods are returned in a saleable condition. This return charge will be for your account. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition in order to receive a full refund.
Unwanted products may be returned for a full refund or exchange if returned in their original condition within 7 working days. The order should be returned together with your original invoice. However, this is subject to the discretion of the Management. SanitarySafe will always offer a refund or exchange on goods that are not of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose or have been misrepresented. This policy may change from time to time where deemed necessary and reasonable to do so.
